P-RT Rooftop Air Conditioning Units; It is designed to meet the special needs (heating, cooling and fresh air needs) of shopping malls, airports, cinema and theater halls, social facilities, hotels, educational institutions, residences, gyms, business centers and similar areas.
P-RT Roof Type Package Air Handling Units; It is offered with different operating mode options including heat pump, natural gas heating, water battery, heat recovery (rotor or plate), natural cooling (free-cooling), thermodynamic heat recovery and electric heater. Its design involves a complex process due to many different interrelated factors. The roof top unit, with its connections in accordance with the combination required by the projects, is designed with different option models to meet the needs in all situations.
It can be easily disassembled and reassembled when necessary. Sealing is ensured by the gasket placed on the contact surfaces. High-performance fans, developed using the latest technologies, significantly reduce weight and offer superior mechanical properties. In addition, the vibration of the fans is prevented with the help of the flexible outlet connection and the vibration isolator placed underneath. The panels forming the body consist of double walls, the outer surface is made of galvanized sheet with electrostatic powder paint, and the inner surface is made of galvanized sheet or stainless sheet, depending on the application. Glass wool or rock wool material is placed between the two walls to provide sound and heat insulation. Service doors consist of hinges and locking door handle mechanisms. There are lifting slots on the base for easy transportation, and the design of the base base is suitable for moving and positioning the unit with a crane or forklift. The roof type package air handling unit body is produced from high quality materials that have high strength and resistance against adverse weather conditions.

Components

Body
Made of high quality electrostatic powder coated outer and inner walls of galvanized sheet metal, showing high strength and resistance against adverse weather conditions, between two walls.
It is insulated with stone wool of 50 mm thickness and 70 kg/m3 density. Specially designed gaskets are used to prevent air leaks.
Cooling Circuit
The cooling circuit can be made single or multiple, depending on the cooling capacity. The refrigerant used is environmentally friendly. Compressors have a long service life and at the same time high performance levels, ensuring high reliability and optimum system efficiency, keeping operating efficiency at the maximum level and providing longer operating lives. Cooling circuit elements; It consists of electronic expansion valve, dryer, sight glasses, four-way valve and accumulator.


Blowing and Suction Fans
Statically and dynamically balanced fans are located directly on the driven motor shaft. The fans are mounted on a base with the motor on anti-vibration mounts. High-performance fans developed using the latest technologies significantly reduce weight and offer superior mechanical properties. It extends operating life, provides lower power consumption and provides a significant reduction in sound level. Depending on the areas of use, fan motor options with forward or backward curved blades, belt pulleys, direct coupling (plug), ex-proof or EC are available. Optionally adjustable belt-pulley versions are available.
Indoor Battery
It is manufactured in copper tube aluminum fin structure. Selection is made by taking into account minimum air and fluid side pressure loss drops and air speed criteria. Eurovent certified coils are used. Optionally, it is available with hydrophilic or epoxy coated wings. A condensation pan made of stainless steel sheet and a drainage outlet are available as standard under the battery.


Outdoor Battery
It consists of optional hydrophilic/epoxy coated aluminum batteries with grooved copper tube-aluminum fins, single or independent double circuit, positioned at a 45 ° angle, with optimized air and water side pressure loss drops. Eurovent certified coils are used.
Filters
As a standard in "Point" roof type package air handling units, it can be positioned at the fresh air inlets, in front of the indoor coil, and in front of the heat recovery module in order to protect the components. Additionally, extra M5, M6, F7, F8 and F9 class bags and F7, F8 and F9 class compact filters complying with the EN 779 standard can also be used optionally.


Additional Heater
Depending on the need, electric, water or natural gas options can be offered. Models with electric heaters are made of stainless steel sheet metal body and stainless resistances, models with water coils are made of copper pipes and aluminum fins, and models with natural gas burners are designed as an additional module.
Natural Gas Burner
Natural Gas Burner is a device that creates a mixture of air and fuel to ensure controlled and efficient combustion. The general principle of these devices is; The main thing is to prevent environmental pollution and save energy by increasing combustion efficiency and achieving ideal combustion conditions.


Heat Recovery Module
Optionally, it is designed with rotor/plate heat exchanger/thermodynamic. Different types of rotor options provide high efficiency and moisture transfer with condensation/enthalpic or sorption types. Eurovent certified components are used in rotor and plate heat exchanger models.
Economizer Damper
Air dampers; They are used for air quantity adjustment and pressure control in the blowing and suction ducts connected to the Rooftop Unit. Damper cases are designed to create minimum pressure loss when in the open position. When the wings are in the closed position, they overlap each other and create a leak-proof structure, preventing air passage. It has a high quality aluminum extrusion body and impact-resistant hard gears. It can offer natural cooling and natural heating options by taking into account the fresh air need and return air conditions. It has more effective cooling/heating options through humidity and/or temperature sensors placed in appropriate locations.


Outdoor Fan
Fans with self-coupled AC or EC motors, suitable for outdoor conditions, high efficiency and low energy consumption are used. In this way, it is possible to keep the fluid pressure at an optimum level and stable.
Automation
The Rooftop Unit is offered as a package type with its automation system. Thanks to its plug-and-play feature, the device can be commissioned directly by making the power connection and presettings. All automation equipment is positioned inside the device and protected from external factors. It enables automatic detection and activation of different operating scenarios. It can work integrated with building automation systems. Control of pollution status of the filters according to the set pressure value and all alarms can be monitored on the LCD screen. Package automation provides proportional control of fresh air, return air and mixture dampers. Optionally, ambient air quality can be controlled with a CO2 sensor
